What we correct
We update material errors involving destination identity, hotel names or status, location, facilities, transport, seasonality, booking terms, safety or other facts that could affect a travel decision.
Dynamic booking data
Prices and availability change continuously. A rate shown by a booking provider is not a permanent hotel price. Where we use time-sensitive booking information, it should be clearly contextualized. The live booking provider remains the source for the final price and terms.
How to report an error
Send the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect and, if possible, a source supporting the correction through our Contact page. We review material corrections against the most appropriate current source.
Substantive updates
When a page's core travel decision changes because of a closure, rebrand, transport change, policy change or other material event, the page may be revised, merged or removed rather than left online with misleading information.
